A: Hi Jimmy, I have the K-Pod and no this won't work. I purchased the wheels for mine and they work but they also add some instability. Lots of sandbags will help but ultimately it's best when sitting firmly on the ground.

A: yes. I had the same concerns, but they fit. actually a better design than the original force-fit ones.
Q: 5. Is it possible to spin this operational dolly through a 31" residential doorway?
A: Listed in the main overview section of the Manfrotto 114 Heavy-Duty Cine/Video Dolly for Tripods with Round Feet, it states Doorway clearance needed for the fully assembled dolly is only 44.1".
Q: 6. Anyone has used this on Sachtler/ Oconnor 30L legs?
A: Unfortunately, there are no known reports of this dolly being used with other manufacturer tripods. If the tripod has feet with two spikes each foot, it may fit. Do be cognizant of weight capacities. This dolly is good for 132 lbs while the OConnor 30L is good for 203 lbs.
Q: 7. Will this tripod (for Round feet) work w/ the Manfrotto MVT502AM Tripod?
