Q: 3. Hello! What is the difference between PIP and POP? With POP can I control the size of the two Windows? Thank you!

A: PIP means Picture in Picture. The Program is display on the full screen, at same time the Preview source will be displayed in the Program window as an inset window. The size and position of the inset window can be adjusted from the menu. POP means Picture outside Picture. This is the same function as PIP only this allows you to see the Program source and Preview source side by side. The size is not adjustable with POP.

A: you can reset the monitor if this is color display issue, thanks!

Q: 5. Can you use xlr audio input from an audio interface and not use camera audio?

A: The switcher has 1/4" TRS inputs, not XLR. That being said, you can select what audio you would like to use and not use. Page 14 of the user manual goes over how you can set up the audio. https://bhpho.to/38cCojY
