Based on the standard SJ4000, the black SJ4000 Action Camera with Wi-Fi from SJCAM features Wi-Fi connectivity for remote monitoring and control via the SJCAM HD app. It features an assortment of mounts to cover just about every situation, including solutions for helmets, handlebars, surfboards, and more.

The camera also features an underwater housing that, with a 100' depth rating, is safe to take snorkeling or on many dives. A 2" LCD screen on the back of the camera allows you to compose your shots as well as review what you've already recorded.

The camera records to microSD and microSDHC memory cards up to 32GB in capacity. It records H.264 video in a .mov type file and offers 720p, VGA (848 x 480), and QVGA (640 x 480) settings in addition to 1080p Full HD. A USB port allows you to transfer footage to a computer, and there is a streaming function so you can use the camera as a webcam.

A: I bought this cam. WiFi can work with my Samsung tablet. It will work on ipad as well. (Bluetooth connection) But I don't like it because video file is very big. It takes too long to transfer. I usually move memory card and connect to my computer directly when I would like to get video. Windows 10 also support video file. (mp4)If you would like to buy, you don't need wifi cam. You can buy regular one and the price is gonna be cheaper.

Very nice camera. I like that I can have extra batteries and change them out as needed and charge when it's convenient. I will say if you use a 64GB micro SD card you will have to format it FAT32. I used my cell phone to format the card first. 5

1/5 of the price of a Gopro and very decent results. It connects to my Iphone very fast and easy to use. The majority of accessories are the same as a Gopro and you can buy it very easily on the internet. It lacks a good manual. I am using it in many situations and as a Dashboard in my car with 1080/30. So far so good. 5

Picked up the beauty for a song to help record live performances of music. The field-of-view is very wide (about 170°), so it may not work for all situations. There is a menu item that will narrow the FOV, but it does not increase the resolution or completely negate the fish-eye effect. That's not an issue for me. You also need good lighting. On the plus side, I LOVE all of the attachments and mounting options that come with the camera, including a bicycle mount that lets me attach it to the XLR of my boom mic, allowing me to take video from overhead as I assemble circuit boards. The camera also allows you to record time-lapse video at one frame per every one, two, or five seconds 5

I checked out a lot of reviews. I found there were more pros than cons. When I received it, I was really very easy to figure out especially when going back to some of the review and I am technically challenged. I bought it for a dash came in case of a front end accident and am thinking about get on to point to the rear for rear end accident. I went through the menu, set it on dash came and plugged it into the UBS. It always starts with the vehicle is turned on. Every thing matches up with my old GoPro camera attachment. Great camera for the money for my needs. 5
