Designed for nighttime highway work, industrial settings, and anywhere else where being seen is critical to safety, the Princeton Tec EOS 360 LED Headlamp features a band studded with white LEDs for maximum visibility. The light emits up to 165 lumens from a white Maxbright LED, which can operate independently from the lights on the band. The band lights can be set to constant-on or flashing modes, with a maximum runtime on flash of 101 hours. The band is rubberized for a secure grip on both standard and wide-brim hard hats, and the lamp is rated IPX7, sufficiently water resistant to withstand a rainy night on the job.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Does the Z1 have in camera stitching? When it talks about the Adobe Lightroom add in, is that only for processing the RAW files?

A: Stitching is not in-camera: Edit with THETA+ app for iOS/Android or with Lightroom Classic CC and THETA plug-in

Q: 2. What are the best ways to prevent the lens from scratching? After borrowing one for a shoot, both lenses somehow got scratched, even though I never dropped nor placed the camera near a sharp nor hard object. Has anyone else had issues with the durability of the lenses?

A: We've heard some scratching complaints from people who put it directly into a bag or pocket. The best way to protect it is a good case, such as this: https://bhpho.to/2QHOkTA .

Q: 3. How is this better than the previous theta v?

A: There are many improvements, in the Theta Z1. Ricoh has added High Sensitivity-low noise shooting for better detail and higher contrast, and less grain. It is equipped with three prisms, 14 lenses, in 10 groups. It has a slim body, and improved optics. The new three stage aperture mechanism improves overall perceived resolution by automatically changing the aperture, depending on how bright the location is. It has an IR Absorption filter that helps eliminate or reduce red spot ghosting and flare, and purple fringing. These were problems on the previous model. Dynamic range compensation has been improved. This results in more natural color hues.

Q: 4. Does this camera come with an international warranty?

A: The included warranty is valid in the USA only.

Q: 5. If I take an 'American Sold' Z1 to Japan, can I use it outside with the WiFi hookup to my cell phone?

A: Yes you can.

Q: 6. Which thread adapter to hook up theta Z1 to Cobra 2 monopod?

A: The Ricoh THETA Z1 360 Camera has a built in female 1/4"-20 mount to fit the iFootage Cobra 2 male 1/4"-20 screw.

Q: 7. What does it take to create the 360 images with the Theta Z1? Is special software required? And what format are the 360 images in?

A: 360 images can be created in camera and stitched in camera or can be edited and stitched in a program such as Adobe Lightroom with the Ricoh Theta Stitcher Plugin. Images can be created in JPEG or RAW DNG.

Q: 8. Can I make HDR photo or video with the Z1? Is the lense stabilized like insta one?

A: Yes to both. This camera offers HDR rendering and stabilization.

Q: 9. Does this have gps?

A: The Ricoh THETA Z1 360 Camera does not have GPS.
