Ikelite 1" Ball Mount Mark Ii For Dslr Top Mount On Underwater Housings
  • Product Code: ga20217
  • Availability: In Stock

$74.85 $113.77

Attach lighting arms with 1" ball mounts to the 1/4"-20 top mount on many Ikelite DSLR housings via their 1" Ball Mount Mark II, which includes a stainless steel screw. Compatible arms include those from Ikelite, TLC, Ultralight, Nauticam, and other brands.

A groove and O-ring on the ball prevent slipping for a better hold with less force, improving on the design of the previous #9571.6 model. The mount is constructed from aluminum that has been treated with a Type III hard anodized finish for excellent corrosion resistance. It ships without a required, compatible 1" ball clamp, which is also available from B&H. Conveniently, the older and newer mounts and clamps are interchangeable.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Does this come with the thumb screw for attaching the go-pro housing? And if so, is it stainless steel or other rust-resistant material for diving in salt water?

A: Hi,I am sorry but it was a long time ago when I bough one of these so I could not be sure but I think it doesn't , but this thumb screw come with the GoPro camera anyway , I have using this for at least two years and no rust

Q: 2. Is this housing compatible with the Ikelite AF35 strobe?

A: The Ikelite AF35 strobe is NOT compatible with the Ikelite Underwater Housing for Canon PowerShot G7X Mark II. You need to use a strobe that uses a fiber optic cable. Please email uw@bhphoto.com for compatible strobe options.

Q: 3. how do I add a blue water filter with this port?

A: There really is not a blue water filter for the Ikelite DC3 6" Dome for Sony Cyber-shot RX100 Mark VI Underwater Housings. The workaround is to get Rosco E-Colour+ #779 Pink (21 x 24") Sheet. This gel corrects the blue water color cast perfectly. You will need to cut it and tape it inside the dome. Here is the link: https://bhpho.to/2CTzrXF

Q: 4. Its fit for ikelite housing for canon g 12?

A: Absolutely, this tray/handles will also come with the hardware needed to attach it to the G12 housing.

Q: 5. Will this fit the watershot housing for the IPhone?

A: This tray features a trough hole in the center which a 1/4-20 screw can go through and thread into the Watershot housing. Please note that this tray does not feature a hole pattern that will match the mounting plate of the Watershot housing. Therefore, two screws can not be used simultaneously to prevent the housing from rotating.

Q: 6. How can I connect the dome with the Housing , I think there is a Adapter I can’t know it?

A: Follow instructions on the Ikelite pdf attached: http://docs.ikelite.com/instructions/6402-instructions.pdf

Q: 7. is there any wide angle and fisheye lens for sony rx100 VI that fit this housing and port?

A: To use a wide-angle lens on the Ikelite Underwater Housing for Sony Cyber-shot RX100 Mark VI first you need to change the included lens port to the Ikelite Wide-Angle Port M67 for Sony Cyber-Shot RX100 VI Here is the link: https://bhpho.to/2UzBw58 With the above port in place you could use the Fantasea Line UWL-09F Underwater Wide-Angle Conversion Lens. To avoid vignetting you have to zoom to 28mm. You will still get a 130° angle of view. Here is the link: https://bhpho.to/2KdP3vk

Q: 8. Will this work with a Nikon coolpix aw130 ? and if yes, can I mount an Archon light on it ?

A: This particular tray I believe is unique to Ikelite housings and strobes.

Q: 9. Hello! Was wondering if I buy this for my M50, would my Canon EF-M 32 mm lens work for this housing?

A: Yes, the Ikelite 200DLM/A Underwater Housing for Canon EOS M50 & M50 Mark II works with the M50 with the Canon EF-M 32mm lens attached. But you will need the Ikelite DLM 6" Dome Port with Zoom Control for Wide-Angle Mirrorless Lenses, https://bhpho.to/3pkMD2B .

Q: 10. Can you fix it to a tripod?

A: Yes, there is a mounting thread that makes it possible to mount the Ikelite Tray with Dual Release Handles for Compact Underwater Housings to a tripod.
