A: The Aputure Nova P300c RGB LED Light Panel is very bright with a rating of 9,000 lux at 3.3' (120°, 5500K). Depending on the size of the background you will need more than one light. A softbox will spread the light more and make it softer. So that is a good option. As for blead from other lights. Any light can be an issue if you are hitting the background with other light sources and do not what that to show.
