A: The Domke F-803 RuggedWear Camera Messenger Bag (Military Green) (B&H# DOF803MLTGRN) features a strong and comfortable strap made of what is typically called nylon webbing, a material that is commonly used for the strong straps on backpacks. To that the manufacturer adds a simulated leather cover on the top. Such modern material is typically considered not only strong and comfortable but also is highly resistant to water, just like the material that the rest of the bag is made from.

A: I use the Domke F-803 to carry a Fuji X-T1 and three lenses. One lens is usually on the camera. The bag is perfect for my needs. I had a Canon 5DMkII before the X-T1. It may be a little snug, but, I do believe that the F-803 should be able to accommodate your setup.

A: The bag is slightly tapered but just to allow for support. I don't think it would hinder much.
