Then you can switch between single strap or double harness just by using the quick-connects. The Secure-Its ensure that the quick-connects don't become quick disconnects!I hope this helps.

A: I have not used the black rapid but the dual harness worked well. Set the straps a little short so the cameras easily come to eye level. If you are very active a hand on camera keeps motion down. I recommend this harness

A: This item comes with everything you will need, and depending on how your bag hooks up, you may be able to attach a bag (although I wouldn't recommend for weight distribution reasons). The harness is fairly loose and gear does swing quite a bit, which caused a lot of soreness the day after using. I used once and haven't used again since.
