The Matrix sled is designed to stabilize small cameras and features a telescoping carbon fiber center post, a fluid gimbal stabilizer sled, a Smarthead non-floating adjustable head, a monitor LCD holder, and a dual Gold mount battery plate.

The Smarthead top plate can adjust for balance and can quickly and cleanly mount and unmount the camera rig. The arm on the base of the rig can mount onto an optional stabilizer arm such as the ARM X1 or X-LITE, which transfers the weight from your arm to your hips for comfort during long shooting days. The carbon fiber center post is height-adjustable for working in a variety of production environments. The sled also features a docking bracket to dock the sled when it's not in use.

There is a dual Gold mount battery plate on the bottom that runs power up through the center column to the head, which features three outputs with different pinouts and voltages for output to a variety of cameras and accessories. I can not speak for what others mean when they use this phrase, but my understanding is that the very nature of Lithium-Ion is such that they can be considered high output. - - - - - - - - - - - - Regarding the amperage question, if you divide the Watt-hours (Wh) by the Voltage (V) of the battery, it will give you the Amp-hours (Ah). So, for our 90 Wh batteries, the Ah are just over sixthe actual number I got was 6.081081... - - - Now, this is not the actual amperage, just the amp-hours, but it is as close as I can get. A: This will work just fine with the Genaray SpectroLED. We even have a few other battery and power solutions with a 14.8v rating listed for the light. That is just a nominal rating for the battery, it will not cause any damage to the light if you use a battery that is slightly higher.

A: If you plan on flying with these batteries, the BEST way would be to have them connected to either a charger or a light. When the batteries are not connected, the fear is that the terminals will arc onto each other, start a fire, and kill everyone on board the airplane. If the battery is connected to something (charger or light), then that cannot happen, and so they can be packed into luggage. A: Because batteries rarely operate at exactly the voltage listed. The listed voltage is more or less the average voltage. The drop in voltage output is how a device tells how much charge is left in a battery. I wouldnt be the least bit concerned about a battery reading 1.3V above its listed voltage when fully charged.
