Q: 8. Is there a video for assembly? My instructions were not clear enough to read.

A: I bought a used one and after a mix up that B&H employees has almost cleared up, I managed to put it together today, August 1, 2018. My instructions was a multi-generation Xeroxed sheet, so it's probably about as clear as your instructions. But assembly is easy, even if the instructions are a bit smudged. (Did you also buy a used Stand, BTW?) First, removed the heavy duty screw and washer from under the tower. Next, in the box that contained the base or foot, look for the plastic bag holding the utility tray. Inside you'll find a thick Allen wrench. After, make sure the brake on the collar is engaged so it won't move up and down the tower. Then, while they're resting on the floor, align the tower to the base and secure them with the heavy duty screw and washer using the thick Allen wrench.Lift up the assembly. Next, inside the bag holding the horizontal arm, look for a bag holding two long screws and an Allen wrench. Align the pegs on the arm to the sliding collar (which has the brake handle) and note the two holes near the pegs on the collar. These are the screw holes for mounting the arm to the collar. Fully remove the two corresponding screws on the arm and use the long screws to attach the arm to the collar.Last step, attach the utility try to the collar. Congratulations, you now have a working Manfrotto Mini Salon 190 Camera Stand.
