A: Grasp the top portion and pull it outward. Then cover the hole with the blue cover on the middle portion of the unit.

A: My experience is what Ronald C says - hi yield will not work with the M604. Too bad, eh?

New printer at Christmas, laser. It is amazing how long the HP toner lasts. This is my first purchase of toner. The toner lasts a long time, is easy to install and all of your printing is sharp, crisp and high quality. 5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The re-ordering site was very simple to use and navigate. I am pleased that I didn't have to spend a lot of time trying to decide what to re-order. As for the cartridge, performed right out-of-the-box and that is above and beyond other cartridges. Other cartridges would take a few print jobs to perform as expected; and/or you would have to calibrate the new cartridge. With this one, fire and forget. Will order from this site again in the future. 5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently I bought another brand of ink cartridges. I had problems with those off brand ink cartridges and regretted buying them. Now I only buy HP ink cartridges and am always satisfied. My advice is, don't waste your time with another brand. HP ink cartridges are the best by far! 5
