A: Google search dr5. Read the information on their website. Send them the film and specify what dev you want. The quality of their services is second to none. You could try to process it yourself, I have not attempted this. I did a fair amount of research on the subject and decided not to attempt. I have processed B&W negative film and E6 at home with decent results but did not feel confident in achieving consistent results developing this at home.

A: 1. You have to get the film processed/developed no matter what. When it's developed the colors you get will be correct and will not have to be reversed. 2. It one roll (canister) of film with 36 frames (photos) on it.

A: Honestly no. P800 is very light hungry. I would try P400 rated at 1250 then push 2 in development.
