Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. I want to hold two pieces of glass together to make a frame - will these work? I have some delicate Chinese paper art I want to display. Thanks.

A: I would not suggest using the Lineco Polypropylene Mounting/Framing Corners (Standard View, 0.625", 500 Pack) to hold 2 pieces of glass together. That is a bit heavier than what these can handle.

Q: 2. the Product says For Prints up to 11 x 14 . does it take larger prints?

A: I have used these mounting corners on my 13 X 19 prints and have had no problems with them.

Q: 3. Is the adhesive side larger than the top side?

A: No, they are the same size.

Q: 4. 98 feet doesn't sound right. The box says 400". When divided by 12"/foot that's 33ft, right?

A: 98 feet is correct, the image is just for representative purposes and does not accurately depict the length.

Q: 5. can the dividers be removed without damage to the box itself?

A: Unfortunately, the dividers cannot be removed without damaging the box.

Q: 6. Are these .625 photo corners hard plastic or soft and flexible?

A: Soft and flexible. However, it's rather putsy and time consuming to separate the plastic flaps to slide the paper corner into. Not sure I would buy these again. There are others out there with a runway to more easily slip the corners into.

Q: 7. how deep does the border have to be to hide the corner?

A: Response 5524628 is correct. The plastic edge that holds the piece is 5/16th of an inch. As long as you leave more of a border than that you'll be fine.

Q: 8. Are these suitable for 24 x 36 poster prints? I need to mount posters on a stage set without damaging the posters.

A: No, that will not work. The prints will buckle. The only way I see with prints that size is to put them in a frame. One like this should work, ART TO FRAMES 3926 Satin Black Photo Frame (24 x 36 , Acrylic Glass) B&H # AR392624X36 MFR # WOMFRBW26079-24X36.

Q: 9. Will this box hold the Print File brand SB1122 Slide Storage Boxes?

A: Yes, according to the dimension comparison, the slide boxes will fit in the Lineco box.

Q: 10. Can these strips be used for mounting 13" x 19" prints?

A: Yes, you can use the Lineco "See Thru" Mounting Strips - Pack of 60 to mount a 13" x 19" print.

I change my prints and fit them to mats n frames after each travel till the next trip on my travel wall. Having these corners on the backing board makes changes clean n easy. No taping on prints needed. This works best on bordered prints .... my prints usually have an inch border.

These corners are great for mounting large format pictures. I use them for mounting pictures up to 13 x 19 in. One can also put these corners on a backing for show in photo clubs (with or without a mat). The same backing can be used later on for a different picture. I would recommend to leave a 1 inch border around the picture to avoid having the edge of the picture covered by the mounting corners. (Print a 11 x 17 inch or a 11 x 14 inch picture on a 13 x 19 inch printing paper. These might be a little small for pictures of a larger format then 13 x 19 in unless one put a mat over.

I use this to mount 12 inch long or wide prints into Italian handmade books. The books hold 50 images, you need this large size corner to hold a piece that large in place, and clear is perfect so you see the full image. Easy to use, I could not finish my project otherwise.

This product is very useful in scrapbooking my childrens manuals, school art, and event programs booklets. The 3 inch size enables them to remove the booklet and read it and the place it back on the scrapbook page.

I used these to mount 36 prints ranging from 11x14 to 20x24. I'd never tried ready-made corners before (I usually fold up strips of paper) so I can't really compare these to anything, but I think they worked quite well. They are very sticky, so it is a bit difficult to reposition them once they touch down, but as long as you position them carefully the first time, there should be no problem.
