You can mount the camera on the Alzo Flipper bracket from either side and thus choose to have the right side or the left side of the camera on top.

A: The Benro QRB95 Quick Rotating Bracket maximum lens diameter is 94mm. The Sony FE 12-24mm f/2.8 GM Lens is wider than that so it may not work. The 70-200 g won't fit with the foot on the lens, that will have to be removed. It will also place a lot of weight on the lens mount, so I would not recommend using that lens. The other lenses you listed should work.

A: The Solix is designed to work with a standard rod based softbox. It will not work with any Switch or Rapidbox.

A: This Rapid Box Strip is designed for use with a single speedlight. The Rapid Box Strip that works with Studio strobes is the XL strip. These XL units have a built in speedring so order an XL strip with the Balcar, Alien Bees mount. For a Westcott strip that will work with both your Alien Bee and a speedlight, consider the Apollo Strip. All these strip units have an optional grid.
