Great addition to the Sonos line up. Design fits in well with my home and the device is really easy to use and the addition of Airplay means the speaker is really flexible. Only downside I had is the male optical adapter which meant I needed to rearrange my AV setup and couldn't use my existing optical cable.

Initially I was considering a refurbished play bar but as there was a FedEx mixup I ended up reconsidering when I had to place a new order. I decided to go for the arc. I have no regrets and know that I will have many years of amazing sound. I decided to go ahead and purchase the sub and a pair of ones. I don’t have my sub yet but the ones already make for a significantly enhanced experience. I can’t wait for the sub to come in to complete my surroundsound system. The sound quality of this product is just incredible. If there is something that I'd have changed is to add build extra HDMI input and not to rely only on eARC for Dolby Atmos.

Easy set up, balanced, powerful sound. I ducked because I swear the Millennium Falcon flew right over my head. Dolby Atmos is quite the experience.

I was lucky enough to test this product, and wow it sounds amazing! I'm blown away by the Dolby Atmos, and not just by the action scenes. The small sounds like wind whispering through trees, or hearing footsteps approach from a specific direction are incredible. Music sounds great as you would expect from a Sonos product. I found the voice assistant a little patchy, both on Alexa and google assistant, but I feel that can only improve with future updates. My living room is large with a vaulted ceiling, and the sound fills every inch. Visually appealing, it fits perfectly underneath my TV, and integrated seamlessly into my current Sonos setup, I think this a great addition to the Sonos family, and will be a rival to any product on the market right now.

Installation: The Sonos Arc is easy to install and the step by step setup using the mobile app simply cannot go wrong. If you want to mount the Arc on the wall there is a wallmount available. Use: Using the Sonos app is very user friendly, there are lots of possibilities for the settings to adjust everything to your environment. There is an Equalizer available for setting high and low frequencies. Every room is different and that is no problem for Sonos Arc. Because Bluetooth is available you can listen to music using your personal devices The use of voice control is possible with Google Assistant or Amazon's Alexa. You can switch off the microphone if you want. Spotify is available on the Arc for your personal music and Sonos Radio gives lots of possibilities to choose radiostations etc. to listen to. After switching on the TV the sound is automatically switched to the Arc via the HDMI cable. Sound: The Arc sound quality is excellent, the whole room is filled with music. Combining the Arc with two Sonos Play:1 or Sonos One speakers gives beautiful Dolby surround sound. The Sonos service Trueplay will adjust the speakers to the room and after this the surround sound is even better. Using speech enhancements is very good for soft tv dialogs and night sound is possible for dampening loud noise. In my opinion the Arc is a very valuable sound system for every household.

Easy to hook up with SamsungTV and other existing sonos equipment. The new arc sounds great

We have been looking for a high end speaker to go with our TV for a long time. Well, we found it. The Arc is a beautiful speaker from Sonos that has improved our TV and music experience enormous. You get the feeling that you are in the scenes your watching, speech quality is very high. Playing music on it, listing to the radio. Arc handles it all. We have set it up together with our Sonos 5. Works perfect as you could expect from Sonos!

I have been using the Playbar for a good couple of years and got to compare the Arc with this to a great extend. We have it setup in combination with a Sub and 2 x Ones.The audio quality has improved SO MUCH compared to the Playbar and I am extremely pleased with this! Both for TV as music the Arc sounds wonderful. Unfortunately I can not speak to Atmos as my TV does not output this through HDMI Arc but nevertheless it has been a pleasure using Arc. In combination with the fact that I can now ask my voice service to turn on and off my TV and give it all kinds of commands it brings our home into 2020 for sure!
