The Avenview DisplayPort 1.4 Fiber Optic Active Optical Cable lets you extend DisplayPort 1.2a and 1.4 digital signal at 8K @ 60 Hz (7680 x 4320) resolution. The fiber optic cable structure allows this 8K extender to transmit at high speed over long distance.
This cable is comprised of a transmitting end and a receiving end. The transmitter is connected to a 8K source via DisplayPort connector, and converts the audio/video signal to transmit it across the fiber optic cable. The receiver then decodes the data to the connected 8K display via DisplayPort. The cable will auto detect the display resolution and will adjust the output accordingly.
The cable supports DPCP (DisplayPort Content Protection) and HDCP (High-Bandwidth Digital Content Protection). The High Bit Rate (HBR3) fiber optic cable assembly supports a data transfer rate up to 8.1 Gb/s. The cable has a hot plug detection signal that is transmitted by a 1CH multi-mode fiber. This fiber optic cable extender is ideal for extending video and audio from your PC to a display over a long distance while still being able to maintain a clear image and sound.

A: No. We suggest a bare minimum of 400watts in order to illuminate the light shaping tool.

A: No, the Westcott Optical Spot by Lindsay Adler for Bowens does not fit on the Godox AD300. However, it does fit on the Godox AD400.
Q: 4. The video mentions being able to use any Canon EF lens. Will RF lenses ever be considered?
A: No plans in westcott road map. As of now EF lens only.
Q: 5. Could this projector be used to light the tip of a match head? Adjusting the metal leaves minutely etc.
A: Yes.
Q: 6. Westcott says this modifier is not to be used with a strobe's modeling light on. It is understandable that leaving a 250 watt modeling light on inside this modifier's closed structure would be dangerously hot, but would it be unwise to use a 250 watt modeling light **even briefly** for the purpose of aiming the focused spot?? It I were to buy this I would want to be able to use my modeling light at least briefly to be able to aim the small focused spot of light on the small products I shoot.

A: The Westcott Optical Spot is only suitable for LED lights up to 100 watts, so it would not be compatible with the Godox VL300.

A: This is not recommended for Bowens S mount strobes that use a tungsten modeling lamp.
