Exhibiting notably wide exposure latitude, this film responds well to use in mixed and difficult lighting and provides medium contrast for greater overall control. It has a nominal sensitivity of ISO 400/27° when developed in standard black and white chemistry, and responds well to push processing. HP5+ is a flexible film type that is ideally suited for use in general photographic applications in an array of different lighting conditions.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. How many exposures does this film contain?

A: In a camera that uses 6X9 format e.g. old Kodak Brownie...1940s vintage, I got 8 exposures.

Q: 2. does the spool work with a Target brownie six-20

A: The 620 spool only fits the cameras that are for that film size. So yes. I have a roll of 620 from B and H in a Kodak Junior now. And Ive used 620 film in circa 1920 Brownies.

Q: 3. Can I unspool and load in 126 cartridges?

A: Because 126 film is smaller than 828, you cannot respool the 828 film into a 126 cartridge.

Q: 4. Does this spool work on a Kodak Tourist Camera?

A: The tourist camera uses 620. Though You may not need 620 on the feed side. Sometimes cameras have more room on the feed than the take up and you can use a 620 spool for take up and use 120 stock. If you havent yet I would get 120 and see if it fits. Cheaper and more common. If you settle on 620 then this film did work for me. Though I had to wait a very long time and it is pricey. Better love the camera.

Q: 5. Is this the same size as 120 film? For a 500 series Hasselblad?

A: Same size film, different spool, it won't fit. You will need the 120 size film. Click the link below to view; https://bhpho.to/31wAeLi

Q: 6. My Kodak Batnam has a viewing window to see which number film I am on. Does this roll of film havesuch numbers to view?

A: According to the manufacturer, yes, the backing paper for all FFC 828 film is numbered to original Kodak specifications. The numbers can be seen in the window on the back of the camera. So you can use the Film for Classics Professional Tri-X 400 Black and White Negative Film (828 Roll Film) in the Kodak Bantam camera.

Q: 7. I have an old Kodak bantam f/ 4.5. will this film work for that?

A: Yes, the Kodak Bantam f/ 4.5 accepts 828 film like the Film for Classics Professional Tri-X 400 Black and White Negative Film (828 Roll Film).

Q: 8. Does this have a paper back? I know original 828 film did...I just want to make sure I can load it into my pony 828 in the light.

A: Yes. The following unit is based on paper back.

Q: 9. Where can you get this film developed?

A: There are many places that do developing, but I send mine to this place: dwaynes photo dot com I've always had great results with them.

Q: 10. will this film work in a Kodak duaflex 2 camera?

A: Yes! The whole Duaflex line takes 620 film, and 400 film is a good, forgiving choice to work across a variety of lighting given the cameras fixed shutter speed.
