[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, we've loved the printer. It was super easy to set up and connect to the computer (which was an issue with our last one). We also like the refillable ink cartridges and that we can see the levels of ink. installing the ink was very easy to do and it came with clear instructions. The print speed was on the slow side but since we use this more for home products instead of for my job that wasn't an issue. I probably wouldn't recommend this for a work setting. The images I printed came out great quality. It had an issue loading paper and just showed a red exclamation mark so that took a minute to figure out what the problem was but overall we are happy with this printer.

The printer is great. Easy to set up. Easy to use. And the ink lasts a long time.

I was concerned opening a bottle of ink and pouring, but my worry was unwarranted as it was easy to do with no mess. The printer does not have a tractor feed, and scanning or copying several documents at once will become tedious. My home office requires a more robust machine, but for a simple homeowner, this is it.

What can I say? Usual HP quality, smooth setup (usual great HP setup instructions) with also great internet support. Great printer, copier, scanner and does it all wireless (or corded if you prefer).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from the HP Envy 6505e to the HP Smart Tank 5101. I Love It! It was so easy to set up with the instructions included with the packaging. All I had to do was fill the ink reservoirs, pop in the printer heads, plug in and go! So very easy! It's a quiet model, very quiet. My room is right next to the living room. My roommates tell me that they can not hear my printer any more when I'm busy printing in my room.

I like the idea that I can do printing and not worry about running out of ink.
