You will need to re arrange the position of the dividers and put the camera though the side door on vertical position with hand grip facing the side lid of the bag. The bag interior is 4.7'' the camera with the battery grip is 5.9'' tall.

If you attach the Canon BG-R10 Battery Grip to the Canon EOS R6 Mark II Mirrorless Camera the camera total height of the camera is 6'' which exceeds the height of your bag. You can only storage the camera with the lens attach or the camera and the battery connected.
