A: Yes, the DZOFilm VESPID 35mm T2.1 Lens (PL Mount) would work with the Panasonic Lumix S5 IIX Mirrorless Camera when using the DZOFilm Octopus Adapter (PL to L) as a mount adapter. I recommend using a lens support for the lens/adapter.

Q: 2. Can the PL mount change to an EF mount? And is the mount change something I can do by myself? Or do I need a third party? Thanks

A: As of 12/09/2020, the DZOFilm VESPID Lenses are PL mount only and you will need a PL mount adapter to your camera's respective lens mount. Although certain third party lens mount adapters can be replaced by oneself, it is recommended to take this service to the camera manufacturer or lens mount adapter manufacturer.

Q: 3. Does this lens have a lot of distortion? And if I converted the Canon 5D Mark III to PL Mount would it hit the mirror?

A: The DZOFilm VESPID 35mm T2.1 Lens (PL & EF Mounts) has very minimal distortion. It comes with an EF mount that would not protrude into the camera. If you use a PL to EF mount adapter, the DZOFilm VESPID 35mm T2.1 Lens would work with standard PL lens adapters.
