Featuring up to 8x upsampling and no odd harmonic distortion, the SONORIS Mastering Compressor plug-in delivers clean, transparent, and precise control of dynamics, plus flexible character that can be warm or aggressive when the music calls for it. Created for demanding mastering applications that require finesse and subtle yet effective sonic manipulation, this digital processor provides the ability to work in stereo, split (mono), or mid-side modes along with highly tunable parameters, feedback and feedforward detector types, and two independent knee controls.

The sidechain, equipped with three types of filters to allow tonal sculpting of the trigger signal, offers variable linking from fully linked to fully split. Dial in the attack and release times manually, or set them to automatically adjust according to the audio content. Built-in parallel compression, switchable even-order-harmonic distortion, and a scalable user interface make the SONORIS Mastering Compressor even more fitting for today's workflows.

No odd harmonic distortion that can be found in most compressors is present in the SONORIS Mastering Compressor. To reduce residual artifacts, it features upsampling of the audio up to eight times. Transparency can be further enhanced by selecting auto-release and feedback detection together with two soft knees.

If a more aggressive behavior is needed, you can choose feedforward detection with a harder knee. It can have some character if pushed. If needed, the audio can be warmed up by even harmonics with the flip of a switch.

Besides working on a full mix, the plug-in can also work in split mode on the individual left, right, mid, or side channels, or anything in between with the variable link.

The sidechain for each channel has a selectable high-pass, band-pass, low-pass filter. This gives great flexibility and allows for creative enhancement of the audio.

A: Yes you can. The strobe is AC/DC and will even charge your battery while connected to mains (wall) power.

Q: 3. How is the light replaced when it fails?

A: The flashtube is user replaceable on the FJ400 by way of the Westcott Flash Tube for FJ400 Flash Head, BH # WEFJ400FT. As for the modeling lamp, that is only replaceable through Westcott. https://bhpho.to/3tfftBD

Q: 4. How many lumens does the FJ400 produce?

A: The Westcott FJ400 400Ws Strobe with AC/DC Battery (US/No. America Plug) is a strobe/flash. They are not rated in Lumens like continuous lights. It is rated and watts and is 400 watts.

Q: 5. how far behind are these two light kits

A: i think Mike means, how far behind in technology are these lights.

Q: 6. Will my Canon ST-E3-RT Speedlite Transmitter & Yongnuo YN-E3-RT II Wireless Speedlite Transmitter for Canon, trigger the lights as well as increase or decrease power?

A: The Canon ST-E3-RT will allow you do adjust power and flash the FJ400 strobes, however the Yongnuo will not.

Q: 7. will the FJ400Ws wireless trigger work with Leica SL? Only need manual mode.

A: Yes, in manual, not a problem.

Q: 8. Is there a way to combine the FJ400 with Nikon speedlights that use the CLS ?

That connection will fit the Impact FA-300HS Triple-Flash Hot Shoe Adapter Mount, BH # IMFA300HS which will hold a Nikon speedlight. It is important to note that you will lose all TTL functions in the flash by using this set up. Currently, Westcott doesn't offer a shoe mount type receiver for the FJ system. http://bhpho.to/3bQ9gU5 http://bhpho.to/3qxphCm
