The gray Drop-Front Archival Storage Box from Archival Methods protects and stores digital and photographic prints, matted or not, within its 1.5" deep hinged box. The box is constructed from heavyweight, archival-grade boxboard that has a matte-laminate coating for water resistance. Removing the box top reveals a hinged drop-front panel on the front long side so you can safely insert, remove, or examine contents in the the bottom section of the box.

The metal-reinforced corners of the box top are treated with a black polyester coating and a wax-free polyester finish, to be anti-corrosive. The clamps give rigidness and strength to the box so you can stack multiple boxes on top of each other. The box is PAT passed, which means it is suitable for long-term storage.

Q: 1. Will the new Wireless Go 2 models fit in this rig?

A: Yes this will work with the wireless go 2

Q: 2. Will it work with a 6TB hard disk? In the product information you say that the RocketStor 5212 max. drive capacity per bay is up to 4TB. But HighPoint website says the dock max. drive capacity per bay is up to 8TB, and even it has no capacity limitations. I am a little confused. Could someone please solve my doubt?. Thank you.

A: I ordered one after reviewing their website. I use 6TB and 8TB drives in my USB3 docks and expect them to work just fine in the RS5212. I also expect that higher capacity drives will be supported as they are made available. Use any Drive: Future proof-storage upgrades! The RocketStor 5212 benefits from HighPoint's persistent compatibility testing, which ensures full compliance with all current and upcoming SATA storage devices. The RocketStor 5212 is fully compatible with any off-the shelf SATA drive; from ultra high-capacity 8TB hard drives to blazing fast 6Gb/s SSD's!

Q: 3. Can I have 2 receivers in this cage?

A: Yes, this cage is designed to fit a receiver and a transmitter, and since they are both the same dimensions, the cage should also work for 2 receivers.

Q: 4. Can you remove the cold shoe and just screw in 1/4 20?

A: No, the shoe mount on the SmallRig Storage Cage for Rode Wireless GO is not removeable and it does not have a female thread on the bottom. However, you can use the Vello Cold Shoe Mount with 1/4" Thread (B&H # VECS20) to facilitate connection to a 1/4"-20 male post.

Q: 5. Would it be practical to connect this to a mac mini being used as a media server? The 500 GB drive in the Mac Mini is inadequate for my iTunes library and Video_TS files, but I don't want to pay several hundred bucks for a regular Thunderbolt external drive/enclosure.

A: Yes, this would work well with you're mac mini. However you would still need to buy the hard drives to dock into the rocketstor, as this is only an interface device. I have found it has worked with with all the SATA drives I have docked into it and have yet to run into any problems. And the transfer rate between the machine and the dock is superb. I do a-lot of video editing on our machine's and by using the dock I no longer have to copy the source material to the internal Hard drive and can edit the material direct on the drive I have docked. I hope this is helpful

Q: 6. dose it come with a cable?

A: Unfortunately not.

A: Yes, Photographers' Formulary TF-4 Archival Rapid Fixer is milky. Make sure before you add water and after that you mix it very well. After that it will clear.

Q: 8. Is this portable and is it attached to the tripod or can we use it as a hand held?

A: It is portable and it comes with light stand mount 5/8" , hand held a little difficult

Q: 9. If the batteries are finished and they are in the lamp and connect the lamp to the outlet, the batteries are charged while this is connected to the power, or it is necessary to charge them separately.

A: The batteries must be charged separately.

Q: 10. Can you use multiple RS5212 at the same time, on a thunderbolt hub, or from two separate thunderbolt connectors on my MacBookPro? (Use two/three of these to access 4/6 drives at the same time)

A: You can not daisy chain them. but if you use separate connections from MBP, it will see 4/6 drives at the same time.
