Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Will this sling hold a Olympus Em 1 Mark II with 12-100 F 4.0 lens?

A: Yes, it will just barely fit.

Q: 2. Looking to see if anyone has used this bag for similar gear? Sony A7R III, 50mm - 12-24mm - 24-70mm - 100-400mm Compact Sony 43 Flash. chargers, cables, iPad 12.9

A: I carried a Canon 5D4 body, Canon 24-70 f2.8, Canon 70-200 f2.8, Zeiss 18 f4 and a Canon 600EX flash plus minimal accessories. I mainly used it as a ‘day bag’. It was a very tight fit and I rarely had the body and an attached lens in the bag. I was not overly impressed with the strap padding; it wasn’t enough by any means. I sold the bag after returning from a lengthy trip. I suggest you ask B+H for alternative suggestions.

Q: 3. will this bag hold a d780 with attached 24-120 f4 plus the tamron 17-35 f2.8-4?

A: Yes that combination will fit in Peak Design Everyday Sling v2 (10L, Black)

Q: 4. Will this hold a 70-200/2.8 with hood on?

A: It would fit horizontally, though it will take up most the volume inside the main compartment. Suggest looking at our backpacks if you want carry a lot more gear in addition to that.

Q: 5. Will this fit a Canon EOS R with the 24-105mm kit lens attached? Is there room for the Canon RF 35mm lens too?

A: Hi, the width of this bag is less than 3", so it would not hold the EOS R with the 24-105mm lens attached.

Q: 6. Would this or the 20L work best for carrying size 11 US gym shoes, gym clothes, a lunch, a nintendo switch in a case, a laptop and charger, a fuji xh1 and three prime lenses? Bonus would be the ability to put a small jacket within. Thinking that the 20L would be too small.

A: I honestly wouldn't recommend the 20L for all that gear at once. I would be more comfortable going to the 30L since you'll have more volume.

Q: 7. Will a Nintendo Switch fit inside?

A: Unfortunately, this bag cannot accommodate a Nintendo Switch.

Q: 8. Is this bag water proof to protect camera and lens from rain?

A: The Peak Design Everyday Sling v2 (6L, Ash) is not water proof but has a Weather-Resistant Exterior.

Q: 9. I have to use a cane, and when photographing an event where I walk around I prefer a waist pack. I currently use a Think Tank Speak Freak. Looking for something a little more flexible and modern and with additional features. Although I have several shoulder 'slings', I prefer around the waist ... can this bag be worn around the waist, and if so, is it comfortable? Easy to convert to a waist bag?

A: Unfortunately the 10L size bag cannot be worn as a waist pack. The 3L and 6L bags however can be worn on the waist. These are very comfortable and easy to convert. In this video from Peak Design at the 9:18 minute mark and on, you can see how this works. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tm7pufxVdGQ

Q: 10. Will this fit the fit a Nikon D5 with an 24-120mm lens? I just need a small bag for when im doing some light shooting.

A: I've tried the 3L/6L/10L and the 10L would fit best. However you need to take the lens off to make it fit properly. I'm not sure if I can recommend this sling for your particular setup.
