You will want to use the program output from your switcher and have it captured or run it to a livestreaming device. You may need to use a splitter so that you can run one feed from the switcher's output to the capture device and another one to this monitor.

A: No, there should be no discernible latency.

A: It will not work properly. These systems are designed on load capacity and are specific to that capacity. The camera rig will need to be between 33 to 41.9 pounds.
