The 1080p HDMI/USB Autotracking PTZ Camera with 12x Optical Zoom from Alfatron features video capture resolutions up to 1080p60, and a 1/2.8" HD CMOS sensor. The built-in zoom lens has an optical zoom range of 12x, a field of view of 72.5°, and you can zoom in even further with the 10x digital zoom. The camera offers multiple video output options including HDMI, USB Type-A 3.0, and RJ45 LAN Ethernet streaming. The camera features a dual-lens system that allows you to utilize a close-up or a wide viewing angle without distortion.

With 255 programmable preset positions and 10 presets on the included IR remote, you can set the camera to rapidly move between positions using the IP, RS-232, RS-422/RS-485, or IR control with separately available controllers. The camera compresses using MJPEG, H.264, or H.265, and you can transmit up to two streams at the same time using RTSP or RTMP protocols. The camera supports external audio input via a 3.5mm stereo line-level jack to embed into the video output.

A: This does not up or down convert. To get 4K from HD consider the Teranex AV.

A: An HDMI switcher in the $30 range is a basic A/V Switcher. When you go from input to input there will be a delay of a few seconds and even some noise on the screen. You need a Production Switcher for this kind of application. The Roland V-1HD is a great place to start.
