A: You can use this spot on a flash with an output below 600ws.

A: Yes, that will work on the SK300 and SK300 II. It no more than 600 watts and has a Bowens S mount. Note, you should not use the modeling lamp on the strobe. It is 150 watts and is not made for the heat that produces.

Q: 8. Would it be possible to use this with an Aputure 300d?

A: Yes. The following unit will mount to the aperture 300 unit.
