Adam Professional Audio T8v T-series Active Nearfield Monitor (pair)
- Product Code: ga208046
-
The single Adam Professional Audio T8V is a T-Series active 8" studio monitor offering high output and extended lows on a budget, making it ideal for nearfield use in project studios, commercial recording facilities, and broadcast environments where subwoofers aren't feasible.
The speaker features Adam's U-ART 1.9" Accelerated Ribbon Tweeter with the HPS waveguide and an 8" polypropylene woofer with a rear-firing bass-reflex port. Class-D amplifiers pump 70W to the woofer and 20W to the tweeter, pushing the T8V to a high maximum SPL of 118 dB while producing a frequency response of 33 Hz to 25 kHz.
The rear panel offers balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA inputs and controls for input sensitivity, gain, high shelf, and low shelf. The Adam Professional Audio T8V ships with a power cord.

Related Questions and Answers
Q: 1. Will this fit in the overhead compartment on a plane?
A: The FAA requirement for carry on bags is 14 x 22 x 9 or 45 in total volume. The Anvil 27 measures 12.2 x 20.9 x 9.8 , so you should not have an issue.
Q: 2. Would it be possible to fit a 16.7 x 13.1 inch laptop? I dont care if it has to go into the camera compartment. I will just use a camera with a 24 70 and 70 200 f4. But i really need to carry that laptop and some clothes.
A: you probably could get it inside the camera compartment, but I would not recommend it. It will be very difficult to get it in and the padding on the sides might not be enough to protect it.
Q: 3. Does this bag have a water bottle pocket?
A: The Tamarc Arc Waterbottle pouch attaches to the M.O.L.L.E. straps on the side of Anvil 17 bags.
Q: 4. Depth is 24.89cm, most airlines limit is 23cm. If back pockets are empty can it be squished down to 23cm?
A: The Tamrac Professional Series: Anvil 27 Backpack (Black) has external dimensions of 20.9 x 12.2 x 9.8", which is within the FAA guidelines of a total of 45" for all three dimensions. The 9.8" depth could be compressed to 9".
Q: 5. Does the quick release straps are included or sold separately?
A: They are included. Or were at least with my bad.
Q: 6. Will the Tamrac T0250 hold a Nikon D850 with a 200 - 500 Lens mounted and a Nikon D90 With a 28 - 300 Lens Mounted?
A: Yes, the Tamrac Professional Series: Anvil 27 Backpack will hold a Nikon D850 with a 200-500mm lens mounted and a Nikon D90 with the 28-300mm lens mounted..
Q: 7. Can the bag hold a Sony FE 400mm f/2.8 GM lens?
A: Yes, the Tamrac Professional Series: Anvil 27 Backpack (Black) is just deep enough to fit the ony FE 400mm f/2.8 GM lens.
Q: 8. Does this bag replace the Tamrac 5588 Expedition 8x Backpack or the Tamrac 5587 Expedition 7x Backpack?
A: As the 5577 and 5588 have the same exterior dimensions, one might tend to say both . Unfortunately, one of the major differences between the two is that the 77 accepts a 15.6 laptop, while the 88 accepts a 17 laptop. The Anvil 27 accepts most 15 laptops and is close to weighing 2lbs. less than both the discontinued models. There may be other variations between the 77 and 88 which might sway the answer to your question one way orthe other, but as the tamrac website suggests no replacement for the 77 and suggests try Anvil for the 88, I would conclude that Anvil 27 is meant to replace the 8x.
Q: 9. How well does the Anvil 17 work as a carry-on airline bag? I am concerned both about size for under seat or overhead bin stowage and weight which local Asian airlines severely limit.
A: The bag fits very well in the overheads on most aircraft except small regional jets. Under the seat fit would be tight, if not impossible if packed with a good deal of gear. The weight is normal for this size of bag. It just depends on how much you pack in it.
Q: 10. Is there any place to put a hydration bladder?
A: I would strap it to the outside.
