A: You can replace the 496 ballhead on the Manfrotto Befree GT Travel Aluminum Tripod with 496 Ball Head (Black) with the Manfrotto MH804 3-Way, Pan-and-Tilt Head with 200LT-PL Quick Release Plate--you only have to unscrew the head from the 3/8" mounting screw and replace it with the pan and tilt head.
