The Yamaha DTP8-MBF Mesh Pad Set with Wood Shells is the pad set included with the DTX8K-M Electronic Drum Kit. The kit brings the look and feel of birch-wrapped shells with a black forest finish to a set of electronic toms and snare. The kit features an XP125SD-M 12" snare pad and three XP105T-M10" toms, all with tunable REMO dual-ply mesh heads that provide a quiet and durable playing surface. Also included are three CL940MB ball clamps to attach the toms to a stand (available separately).

The toms and snare all offer two-zone (head and rim) triggering for a realistic response to your playing. The pads are compatible with the DTX-PRO and the DTX-PROX drum modules (available separately).

A: The Ruggard Electronic Dry Cabinet would not work for your stated usage needs. It is designed to protect your equipment from dust, dirt, and moisture and to regulate the interior's relative humidity to help prevent fungus and corrosion from damaging your gear, and it is designed for indoor storage usage. Condensation or frost is caused by the combination of indoor/outdoor temperature differences, indoor/outdoor humidity differences, and the dew point. Your issue would be moving your equipment from outdoor freezing conditions into the warmer indoor conditions inside the cabinet would still run the risk of condensation/frost if you take your equipment out of the case you used to transport the equipment indoors. The rapid temperature difference and dew point is the cause of condensation/frost. If you will place your wrapped equipment inside a case that you had with you in the freezing conditions, and keep your camera equipment INSIDE the case and place it inside the Ruggard Electronic Dry Cabinet, then allowing time for the temperature inside the case to warm up slowly without opening it, then this would work and would regulate the humidity inside the cabinet. I would still recommend waiting approximately 12 hours so the temperatures can equalize before exposing your camera to the warmer air.
