I bought this Nest Thermostat about two months ago and so far I am pretty impressed. It was very easy to install and set up and has many cool features which most of them we have actually utilized. Being that we have only had it for a couple months (winter months) it is a bit too early to tell whether or not this is helping save on energy costs. What I can comment on is the immediate difference in the temperature of the house. The first day we used it we were able to tell a difference in the temperature of the house, especially at night when we went to sleep, It was much more comfortable. And overall, the temperature of our house is always comfortable now whereas with our old thermostat we were constantly adjusting the temperature to make it more cool. So overall, it has helped keep the inside temperature much more comfortable and is pretty easy to use. Would recommend to anyone!

Love my nest. One fix I would recommend is the learning system. Not 100% yet.

If you have any experience with Nest products, the Gen 3 Thermostat will not disappoint you.� It is as good and easy to use as their indoor & outdoor cams.
Build quality to top notch.
Installation was simpler than expected. Be sure to review the online compatibility checker in advance & you'll be good to go.� Everything you need is included, and if you follow the nest install instructions, you'll likely have a cleaner install when you're done than when you started.
As operation goes, it's incredibly simple and user friendly. I ended up watching a couple youtube videos to help get me started, which was probably the best way.
I also picked up a contoured brushed aluminum trip ring that matches the Nest perfectly.� There is a trim plate included, but the brushed aluminum plate looked better (to me). Trim plate shown in attached photo.

Easy to install and setup.� I use Alexa to communicate to the Nest with no problems.� The Nest App is easy to use.� �I am glad I bought this Thermostat.

Nest is simply awesome product, very user friendly, perfectly designed, addresses specific challenges that I was facing with my old thermostat and lastly state of art look and feel. Best part I like is the concept of away setting and track based on the phone location. Helps save lot of energy and the planet. ONE OF THE BEST INNOVATION OF THIS CENTURY.

I have a 2nd gen Nest that works well upstairs. Added this 3rd gen Nest downstairs. It has a larger brighter screen with better graphics. Nice upgrade.

Great product. Really easy to use with a very easy UI

It is pretty nifty so far. It takes some getting used to, but it was easy to install. It turns on when you walk by and is pretty easy to set on your phone or in person. We recommend it.
