We have only had it about 2 weeks. So far so good. We liked the idea of refills but were surprised it still has cartridges that will dry out. 5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This printer was easy to use. Installing the ink cartridges and filling the ink wells was simple and step by step instructions made it easier. The only issue with installation was installing drivers on my computer at first but seen that needed to unhook any vpn service and then it finally installed perfectly. You need to install the hp smart print and it is very easy and lots of information about your printer. Love that can print from any device and that quickly prints. Great for personal use and fast printing 5

The print quality is great both in black and white and color. The app is easy to use to print jobs from either my computer or my mobile device. It prints in great quality and is plenty fast. 5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] HP, I have to say I was slightly skeptical at first, but the step-by-step instructions made this setup even easier than I feared. I unboxed each component and set up the printer within minutes. As far as loading the ink cartridges, I thought either it would over flow or spill and to my surprise - neither happened! I actually found it intriguing as I loaded yellow to black ink in its own display tank. This is the best feature so far that I love about the Smart Tank Printer. Once software is downloaded, you are ready to explore your options. I thus far have made a few flyers and ink cartridges are still looking full. 5
