A: I have the Rokinon Cine DS lenses up thru 85mm and they fit great in this case. I also have the Canon 24-70 which measures almost 5.5 inches long with the caps on, and it fits fine, too. I would not go much longer than that. You might get away with 6 to 6.5 inches long but it would be tight.

Zeiss CP.3 XD 135mm T2.1 and 100mm T2.1 Compact Prime have a smaller outer diameter, therefore the lens won't be safely snuggle in the precut foam. I would recommend getting the case with a customizable cube foam.
