The SKB-35 Thin Body Semi-Hollow Guitar Case from SKB is an arch-topped, hard-shell guitar case custom designed to fit the 335-style family of guitars. Its interior has been restyled to accommodate a wider variety of 335-style semi-hollow body guitars, including those fitted with Bigsby-like vibrato tailpiece sytems.

The SKB-35 case features an ABS molded plastic outershell, molded-in bumpers for protection, and full length neck support. A "tongue & groove" valance keeps dust and moisture out. The latches are made of fiberglass reinforced nylon and include a TSA recognized and accepted lock. The over-molded handle is designed to be comfortable and perfectly balanced and the case includes an accessories compartment.

Q: 9. Is this different than the foam windscreen that's included with the CMC641? Thanks.

A: yes, these are different. the screens that come stock with Schoeps mics are the cheaper B5 screens, which are made from ALL foam. these B5D's have a hollow interior like a basket type windscreen, with a velvety foam exterior covering. the B5's will do fine if the mic setup isn't moving, but if you're using the mics on a boom pole, you'll want the B5D's, because they have better "wind" and movement protection vs the cheaper B5's. supposedly, you can hear a "swoosh" effect when moving the mics on a boom pole too quickly! however, I'm a "taper" who records live Audio music with a stereo mic setup, and I just bought these to use indoors if my mic stand gets bumped or there are fans inside of the venue I'm recording at! so it depends on how you're going to use your mic/s. A: It should fit fine. The case is meant to fit most small prime lenses. Once you get into longer focal lengths or zooms it won't fit.
