A: Yes it does have a hot spot. I tested it out successfully. To Activate go to the Settings App, select "Network & internet",then select "Hotspot & tethering",then select "Wi-fi hotspot", move the slider to the right to turn on. The accessing device will then need the "Hotspot password" that can be found by selecting "Advanced" of the "Wi-fi hotspot" menu.
