The PGYTECH ND Filter Set includes four neutral density filters that reduce the amount of light hitting the camera sensor by varying f-stop increments. This allows the videographer more flexibility with exposure times to create special effects with the movement of light and water without the risk of overexposing the footage. Each filter is constructed with multicoated optical glass that provides water, oil, and scratch resistance while increasing color saturation.

An aluminum alloy frame ensures light but durable construction. The magnetic quick setup enables the user to quickly change out the filter to suit shooting in the field depending on the sunlight.

  • Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. is the version with wifi worth the extra money? Or not?

A: It depends. If you are using it as an ordinary camcorder, such as at weddings, parties or sporting events, and you can view the display while recording the video, then Wi-Fi might be an unnecessary expense. However, if you're using it ways where you can't see the display, such as mounting it on a bicycle helmet, then adjusting the view via Wi-Fi on an Android device is probably worth it. The quality of the recording is identical with either version.

Q: 2. motion sensor is not working and drains the batteries. why?

A: The camera may be defective and in need of repair.

Q: 3. how do you take off the waterproof casing?

A: Removing the camera from the waterproof housing is quite easy, as it is necessary to remove the camera to charge, remove and replace the MicroSD card.Looking at the top of the waterproof housing, you must slide the tab in the direction indicated. While keeping the tab in that position, pull up on the front of the latch. This while release the tension on the back of the housing. From there you can easily lift off the back of the latch to open the back of the housing the rest of the way, giving you access to remove the camera.

Q: 4. Does the rubber band hold the gels tight around an Olympus FL-600R flash, or is the band to big for that flash?

A: The Olympus flash dimensions are very similar to my Canon 430 speed light on which I use this kit. On my Canon the rubber strap holds very very snugly so I feel confident it will hold snug on your flash as well.I really like this kit, believe you will too and as always, B&H has a wonderful return policy

Q: 5. How long to charge the battery? Cant find it in the manual. I probably went by it.

A: As we understand it, the battery takes about 3 hours to charge.

Q: 6. Do these filters cover the Canon 600EX-RT speedlite? In the specs, it says the dimension of each filter is 3 x 2.5 , but I don't know if that includes the part of the filter that goes under the band or not. Thanks!

A: Yes. The area that covers the face of the flash head is actually a tiny bit larger than the 600EX-RT head. This is great because it truly colors all the light blasting out, without any light leaks around the edges of the filter.

Q: 7. Is the AC adapter UL listed? I did not see a UL label on it.

A: If there is no UL label on it, it is not UL listed.

Q: 8. Can you shoot interval stills for time-lapse footage on this?

A: The SJCAM C200 Action Camera (Black) will provide interval video recording for time lapse video.

Q: 9. When I bought the camera I also bought a 32GB microSDHC card from B&H. I used it only in the camera. I'm not sure how much memory was available when I first inserted in the camera, but a few pics and vids later, after I reformatted the card and deleted everything, only 19.5GB was remaining. What happened to the other 12GB or so? Surely the memory used for file formatting, etc., isn't 12GB is it? Before I try a new card, can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks.

A: You would need to reformat the card in order to use the full memory available.

Q: 10. Does the instruction manual come with this? Mine did not. Also how do i get the buttons on tje waterproof case to feel less resistant when i press them? Is there a way for the camera to be in photo mode instead of video mode automatically?

A: Instruction manual is vague at best, search it on you tube. Camera automatically is on video mode when its turned on. In regards to the waterproof case, the buttons are a little difficult to operate, i found that using less pressure when using them works best. Eventually they become less rigid. Hope this helped..
