Unfortunately, this adapter has been discontinued and is no longer available. As the Mamiya 7II has a standard hot shoe, the Metz Dedicated Module - Standard ISO Foot - SCA 301, B&H # ME5519, would allow you to connect the flash to your camera for manual usage.
