This Gold Mount Plate for Canon from Wooden Camera enables you to power your Canon C100, C100 Mark II, C300, or C500 using longer-lasting Gold Mount batteries. The plate connects to the camera's DC-in port via an integrated 16" cable. A built-in regulator provides the appropriate 8.4V feed to your Canon cine-style camera. The Gold Mount Plate can also provide 12-16V accessory power through its one D-Tap port.

The Gold Mount Plate for Canon C100/C100 MkII/C300/C500 may be attached to your rig using a Wooden Camera Battery Slide and/or Rod Clamp (sold separately).

A: Hi Mitchel ,yes the shoulder pad extension come with the rig, if you use any C series camera you need to buy the counterweight sold separately. The pad extension that come with the rig is just plastic and with the camera mounted on the rig you will face some unbalancing problem. With the optional counterweight you will solve all the balance problems. The rig will be a little bit heavy but is ok. Regarding the mounting for both the original and the optional shoulder pad hare tail mounted on the back of the rig true a butterfly screw and a washer. A: Hello Julia,Thank you for your question! The baseplate in this rig was not designed for the C100 and C300 MKii. It was designed to fit the C300 mark i. It can work, but won't be ideal and might not respect the optical center of those cameras. For instance, the C300 mark ii is a bigger camera, so if you want to add a mattebox, it might not be centered. At that point, we cannot guarantee it will fit perfectly. The Standard Version has 2 longer 15mm rods that go straight from the handles to the shoulder pad. The offset rig has two shorter sets of 15mm rods and an offset bracket.
