The Countryman E6s Omnidirectional Microphone is a miniature earset microphone for virtually invisible operation. The compact size and placement just in front of the ear make this microphone particularly well-suited for intimate theater and broadcast applications, or any use where low mic visibility is a key factor.

The omnidirectional pickup pattern provides a generous and forgiving pickup area around the perimeter of the capsule, while the stainless steel construction stands up to daily use, makeup, and sweat. The mic also comes with 3 different interchangeable caps that let you choose between a flat, bright, or very bright frequency response.

This version of the E6s is tan and comes with a 2mm diameter Duramax cable. It terminates to a 6-pin Lemo connector for use with Audio Limited wireless transmitters.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. what is the adaptor that is shown connected to the tripod mount and on the bracket mount?

A: The accesories displayed by 3 Legged Thing Zelda Dedicated L-Bracket for Nikon Z 5, Z 6, Z 6 II, Z 7 & Z 7 II Cameras (Darkness Series Limited Edition Matte Black) are an articulated arm with 1/4-20 screws and a ballhead.

Q: 2. How does it fit on the Z6 ii? Are there any issues as the z6 ii is slightly different from the z6.

A: It does fit on the Z6II without any issues. The cameras are identical enough that they didn't need to change anything especially because the biggest physical difference is the bigger grip. Which this bracket doesn't go over.

Q: 3. Will this L-Bracket mount on the FTZ adapter?

A: This mounts to the camera body, and according to other users, does not interfere with the FTZ adapter when mounted.

Q: 4. Will you be able to change exposure and other settings using this?

A: yes this will allow control over the RED komodo settings

Q: 5. Do you have to remove it to install the Z7 adapter? I'm trying to find something that would be able to stay on permanetly when I change lenses that require the adapter to be used.

A: Hi--you do not have to remove this bracket to install the Z7 lens adapter.

Q: 6. Does it have gain control? The DR-07 has it, but I can't find it in the DR-07X.

A: To adjust the recording level (mic gain) for the TASCAM DR-07X, you would use the fast-forward and rewind buttons. Instructions can be found on page 9 of the manual here: https://bhpho.to/3UKZSaw

Q: 7. Is there a way to connect a BlackRapid strp connector to this?

A: You can screw this fastener onto the bottom of the L bracket and it will hold the BlackRapid carabiner. https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1278414-REG/blackrapid_363001_fasten_r_fr_5.html

Q: 8. Does this item suffer from interference when near other electronics such as phones?

A: Yes, it is possible that the TASCAM DR-07X Portable Audio Recorder could be affected by RF when placed in close proximity to devices like smartphones, routers, computers, and other appliances that can generate RF. It is always best to avoid placing the recorder near devices like these and to do test recordings as well as monitor the audio while recording to ensure that noise is not being picked along with the audio signal.

Q: 9. Can you switch from mic to line level input on the DR-07X? The older DR-07 has this feature.

A: Yes, the TASCAM DR-07X 2-Input / 2-Track Portable Audio Recorder can accept both mic and line level input.

Q: 10. I use the Peak Design Capture Clip. I bought the Ellie PD that has the PD plate built into it, but the overall design does interfere with the remote plug, as well as the left lens strap clip (forced upwards). So I'm thinking of trading for the Zelda, but it does not have the PD plate built to it. Can I safely and securely attach my own PD plate to the Zelda? Thanks.

A: If you are referring to connecting a Peak Design quick release plate onto the bottom of the 3 Legged Thing Zelda Dedicated L-Bracket, then as the unit does have a 1/4"-20 female threaded socket on the base of the L-bracket, you would be able to connect a quick release plate to this bracket.
