The Countryman E6s Omnidirectional Microphone is a miniature earset microphone for virtually invisible operation. The compact size and placement just in front of the ear make this microphone particularly well-suited for intimate theater and broadcast applications, or any use where low mic visibility is a key factor.

The omnidirectional pickup pattern provides a generous and forgiving pickup area around the perimeter of the capsule, while the stainless steel construction stands up to daily use, makeup, and sweat. The mic also comes with 3 different interchangeable caps that let you choose between a flat, bright, or very bright frequency response.

This version of the E6s is light beige and comes with a 2mm diameter Duramax cable. It terminates to a 4-pin Lemo connector for use with Telex wireless transmitters.

Love this color. Very classic and versatile. It's a very deep, rich gray. Interestingly, I find that I love this color with or without a hairlight, which surprises me because I rarely prefer a shoot without one. The paper is thick, but it is paper, so expect to be cautious with it in order to prevent creases when you are moving it around unrolled. Even still, I'd rather photoshop a crease or two than a muslin full of wrinkles. If you haven't worked with paper rolls before, you will want to figure out a way to secure the remaining roll at the top to keep the roll from unravelling unintentionally (I use large clamps with rubber tips), and a way to secure the end of the roll so it doesn't roll up on you when you lay it out (a few well-spaced clamps will work or you can affix a long piece of board to the end of the roll.) Just an FYI, all of my rolls have had some tearing at the bottom/end of the rolls where they were taped for shipping to keep the rolls together. Unfortunately, the tape itself seems to cause the tearing where the backdrop pulls away from the edges of the tape. Some were worse than others. Not the end of the world, of course, just letting you know what to expect. 5

This gray is so versatile. Light it and it's so soft and pale. Don't light it and it becomes a rich charcoal. Every portrait session I do involves this paper. 5

We purchased this to use as a background for a local nonprofit Father/daughter dance. We had a local artist paint a bright unique design on it exclusively for this event. When we were done we cut it off the roll and donated it to the nonprofit for them to use in their play area. It was easy to transport, easy to use, it accepted paint readily, and it made a great impression with the clients. 5
