Q: 1. Canon 50D with YN560 tx ii and YN 603c ii. Cannot get it to fire my 580ex. Is it compatible? What am I missing? works fine with YN600 flash

A: Please check Compatible Cameras on the bottom of the page for this item. Does it fires off your Canon 580Ex when you hold the transmitter in your your hand? Please call us if you still have a problem after checking all your settings on your 580ex flash.

Q: 2. I am using the Yongnuo RF-603C II Wireless Flash Trigger Kit with my Canon 5d Mark iii as a shutter release/flash trigger. I have one unit in the camera's hot shoe with the sync cord running from it to the three pin shutter release connector on the camera. The second unit is attached to my Canon 600EX-RT speedlight. This works as expected, however, I cannot call up anything on my LCD while the Yongnuo is connected. No menus, no previews, nothing. Does anyone have any idea what causes this and how to fix it? THX

A: That is normal with the RF-603CII

Q: 3. Would this work with a Canon 80d?

A: I use them om my 60D and they work flawlessly. They will work just fine on your 80D.

Q: 4. Can I use it with Canon 5D Marka IV to trigger a Yognuo flash and/or to release the shutter?

A: Depending on the flash the receiver may be built in. Yes this can be a shutter release.

Q: 5. Hi, I bought the triggers Yongnuo RF603 C II and will not work on the compact Power Shot Canon G15? I've tried various options, and they will not. It works normally on the dSLR Canon 60D, but i've bought them the most for working with the compact !?

A: Unfortunately, point and shoot cameras such as the Canon G15 are not compatible with third party triggers such as this. The hot shoe on that camera is limited to use with a Canon speedlite only.

Q: 6. I have a Canon 5D MarkIII, Yongnuo Wireless Transmitter and Canon 680EX-RT flash which all work perfectly together. Set-up I need to work:Trigger the camera shutter release wirelessly standing away from the camera on tripod, while at the same time having the Canon flash off-camera on a stand. Will these triggers work to 1. Be a shutter release wirelessly and trigger the off-camera flash?

A: It works perfectly fine as a trigger.

Q: 7. Will this still work or still trigger the first version which is Yongnuo RF-603 N?

A: Yes

Q: 8. will Yongnuo trigger work on my Canon SL1?

A: I'm pretty sure that it will - this trigger simply mounts on the camera's hot shoe. So as long as you have a hot shoe, you're good. I have this trigger system and the Yongnuo 560IV flash - fantastic products, would definitely recommend. Hope this helps!

Q: 9. Hello! Will this work on a Canon R?

A: Yes, it is compatible with the EOS R.

Q: 10. How can I connect the Yungnuo to the 3.5mm female port on a strobe (Impact EX-100A)?

A: the RF603c has a pc fitting. consider using Impact Sync Cord Male Mini (3.5mm) to Male PC (1') or similar cable.

This remote trigger worked perfectly. In the past, I used a Canon remote trigger that was wired. The wire was long enough so you didn't have to stay next to the camera, but the length was awkward and got in the way while you were moving a tripod. In contrast. this equipment is easy to set up, easy to use, and provides a lot of flexibility when taking photos with or without a flash. It is simple and works flawlessly. I have found Younguo to be a very reliable company that produces excellent accessories.

This is a very capable wireless trigger at a bargain price. Make sure you get the correct version for your camera, mine is the C1 version (with 2.5mm jack) but others have different connectors. The trigger itself always has a 2.5mm jack which is common to all versions, so even if you buy the wrong version, you can just buy the correct version of the cord with the other end you need to fix it. Some settings are a bit tricky, but it is a very capable trigger... works with flashes, can be used for multiple flashes at the same time, and even trigger multiple cameras at the same time (what I am using it for). There are lots of great youtube videos on configuring and using this trigger, so if you get stuck, there's lots of other resources out there that are more helpful than the manual alone. I've become a big fan of Yongnuo because of this product, and will definitely buy more of their equipment in future.

I thought I was taking a chance that this wouldn't work on studio strobes because all the description addressed were amateur camera mounted flash units. This is the smallest e-sync on the market now. All others are big & bulky with silly outdated 1990's whip antennas.

Used with Alien Bees. Flawless performance. I sold every piece of Pocket Wizard product I had and never looked back. These just work. Period.

This product is an inexpensive and easy way to get your flash off of your camera for better lighting. I use this for taking pet photos at the local humane assn, and it makes the lighting SO much nicer!

One technique in capturing images of hummingbirds is to use a bank of 3 or 4 strobes (flashes). Using the Yongnuo RF603C II transmitters, I was able to have the strobes (3 or 4) flash simultaneously when the camera was making an exposure, even in high-speed burst. I used the Neewer NW620 flashes in manual control at a minimum output. Here are a few examples.
