This pouch is very easy to use and well thought of. It slides rapidly on to the camera and a very convenient attachement allows you to use the camera without bothering about it while taking pictures. It well protect the camera for day to day use. A critique for the 2 buttons to close it are not that rapid to use. I would definitely buy it again. Very good value for a reasonable price. 5

Using this pouch to protect my D800 with a Nikon 24-85mm 2.8-4 and its lens hood (reversed mounted). The pouch could have have a little longer lip (where the snaps are located), but this is minor 'complaint'. The pouch really does a nice job to protect the camera from small bumps and all sort of scratches. I place the camera in the pouch (learnt how to do it from a youtube tutorial I found) and there it goes into my backpack (not a photography equipment backpack) with a whole bunch of other things. The pouch is most suitable, I think, to protect the camera during transportation, and not so much for casual shooting, when you take the camera in and out the pouch. 5

I use this with my Sony A580 & 500mm reflex lens as I wanted to have some immediate waterproof protection avail for my trip to the southern states in storm season. plenty big enough for me so any lens I have on can fit in the case in a minute's notice 5

I think this product does what you expect. The pouch is thick enough to protect it from nicks and dings, but definitely not for full protection. Great for when I want to bring my camera along in my purse and I don't need all of the other accessories or the full protection of the big bag. Fits Sony A65 great - would definitely purchase again. 5
