Q: 1. Will this work for the SANKYO EM-60XL? There are no online manuals listed.

A: Yes it should. From our research the Sankyo EM-60XL is a Super 8 camera, this film should work in it.

Q: 2. Do you need to use kodak photo flo after using?

A: No. A end-user will only want to use photo flo when trying to to minimize water marks or streaks during film development. But if you wash thorough a end-user does don't have to.

Q: 3. Hey, I have a Raynox XL-303 super 8 camera. Will this film work? Or should I purchase Kodak's Vision 200T film? The manual says the camera accepts ASA 25/40 and 100/160 films. The end goal is to develop this footage and edit it digitally. I understand I will have to pay to transfer it etc. after I shoot it.

A: This film will work for your Raynox XL-303. Also look into Yale Film & Video, they have the best prices to develop. Yale Film & Video

Q: 4. will this film work in a kodak brownie 8mm movie camera 2?

A: Absolutly not your camera needs double eight film. You can find this film here at B&h it is Fomapan R.

Q: 5. I have a Ward704 camera not sure what will fit need help. Thanks

A: Thank you David for the info.

Q: 6. I have a Kodak duaflex IV and I bought this film to see if it works. I would like to learn how to develop film but I have no idea where to start or what I need to buy. Any help would be much appreciated.

Q: 7. How long can I wait before development and before latent image is affected? Kodak states "ASAP', but that doesn't answer the ?.

A: Like most films including the Kodak Tri-X Black-and-White Reversal Film #7266 (Super 8, 50' Roll) the latent image is very sensitive. And it is best to process the film as soon as you can. There is no set time frame. But I would not go more than 2-3 weeks. Note depending on many factors like temperature and humidity it can accelerate the issue.

Q: 8. Can we shoot twice on this film?

A: No - this film is only exposed through the camera one time.

Q: 9. Can this be developed like b&w film at home ? How can I turn it digital at home ?

A: Hi MonicaYeah.I use a paterson tank, and just pull it out of the canister in arm lengths .I then just sort of wrap it into the tank.My work is quite grungy so i don't mind if I lose a frame or two if it's sticks or kinks.I then process in ID-11 using the digital truth dev chart time.It comes out pretty grainy but i like that....Then i bought a wolverine super 8 transfer machine from B&H and it transfers it to an AVi file.

Q: 10. Will this work in a Cine-Kodak Magazine 8 with f/1.9 Kodak Anastigmat Lens?

A: No, that movie format was discontinued decades ago unfortunately.

It IS the lazy way to process B&W film. However, I don't mean that in a negative way. It did a Great job! And it was nice to do it so fast and with little mess. I will still do some developing the traditional way for the really important stuff. Yet, I love having this option when I don't want to haul out all the chemicals.

I'm not an expert, so this one step developer is great for me.

I was about to send my last 35mm SLR to the boneyard when I found this at B&H. I mainly shoot digital now, but every once in a while, I get the urge to shoot some film...just because. I know, I know, there are plenty of ways to make digital images look like film, but there's something nicely tangible about putting a roll of film into an old Nikkormat, hearing the satisfying clunk of the shutter, and wondering if you really got the shot. I wish they had this stuff around back in the day when I learned how to develop film. It's about as bullet-proof and fast a way to develop black and white film as there could be. If you follow the simple directions, it's virtually impossible to get poor results unless the exposure was wrong to begin with. The results with TX 400 (my go-to B&W film) are great. Good contrast, and just enough grain to remind you that it's real film.

I had a lot of film to develop and instead of taking it to a camera shop, I decided to develop my own in my garage. It works very good but I do recommend to get a thermometer and follow all instructions on the package. this is very very easy to use.

Very good developer, esp. with XX films. I love that I can use this even in the summer when water temps at home rise into the 70's and still get very good results. Best on classic grain films.
