Q: 4. Will it work with both c41 black and white film rolls and regular black and white rolls ?

A: DF96 is a black and white film developer only. If you own C-41 B&W film by Kodak those films will need to be processed with C-41 which is a color developer.

This stuff makes developing film at home as easy as can be. Super simple directions and works great at room temperature. A little worried about the shelf life but we will see how long it lasts.

5 stars for quality, but 1 star for price. I was not able to get a cyan cartridge from my regular source, so I bought this. Now 2 weeks later and I can again get a cyan cartridge for $13.99. I make my own profiles and get excellent results with 3rd party inks. So if you must buy this, keep in mind that the $20 extra per cartridge will soon buy you a device from X-Rite to create your own profiles.

There's a lot of people questioning the reliability of a monobath online, but I think that's all wrong. It works amazingly and I'm blown away by the results. I am sure the traditional process would be moderately better and cheaper in the long run, but if you're limited on space, time or experience. I'd highly recommend this product.

Always reliable in terms of depth of black, good surface, and smooth gradient, this is expensive but well worth the money.

I have used other off brand PGI-29 compatible ink tanks and didn't get the results I needed. So I went back to the original and I am now happy with the results.
