A: Domke F-3X Shoulder Bag internal dimensions are 9 x 8.5 x 5.5". Most 300mm prime lenses are longer than 8.5''. Please messure your 300mm lens and verify with this dimensions.

Q: 3. Is the shoulder strap replaceable? Some of the photos show a connectable snap-buckle, and others seem to show a sewed-in strap. A: Of course the strap is replaceable. Just cut the stitching on the old strap and remove it. Then buy a new gripper strap, thread it through the loop, and anchor (lock) it with the 2" plastic buckles. If you have a sewing machine, you can sew the ends similar to the original, but it is not necessary.

A: According to Domke, they state the dimensions of the bag are 26.5 in length x 19 in diameter (when lying flat, the bag averages just under 10 in wide). However, they state the bag does not extend/expand, though there is a slight tapered end on the tripod case..

A: The bottom of the bad is lightly padded, but the sides are not.
