A: I figured this out on my own. It needs to be a VERY old style controller with the simplest WiFi drivers. Try all of those supported by Tiny Linux like units for the Raspberry Pi. I used an LB Link Wireless USB Adapter BL-LW05-AR5. The units are plug an play. If it's going to work the printer immediately recognizes it on power up. Start with machine OFF and plug in WiFi Adapter. Power unit up. If it doesn't recognize it after POST it will not work. Power down remove and try another brand.RAH
