A: Its an integrated hood to protect that large glass and shield it from light. Its actually engineered very carefully to allow the widest possible field of view while still avoiding lens flair which wide angles are notorious for.

A: Unfortunately we do not carry the replacement lens cap for the 7-14mm lens, but I was able to find the name of the lens cap: Panasonic VFC4412. You would have to search for that item elsewhere to find a replacement for your lens.

A: Yes it will work on an Olympus body, but some Olympus owners say that there is purple fringing from this lens. It works perfectly on Panasonic bodies. All Micro Four Thirds mount lenses work on all MFT bodies however some of them work better on their native bodies.

A: Yes, the Kodak Ektachrome 100D Color Transparency Film # 7294 works with the Bell and Howell Autoload 670/XL.
