Flexible and versatile, this 25-sheet box of 5 x 7" Fomaspeed Variant 312 VC RC Paper from Foma features a matte finish along with an easy-to-handle resin-coated base. Its variable contrast designation permits working with multigrade filters for adjusting contrast during printing, to suit a range of negative densities, and the paper supports a rich halftone scale with bright whites and deep blacks. The paper also features a silver chlorobromide emulsion, which provides a neutral to medium-warm tone depending on processing techniques, and the paper is receptive to both direct and indirect toning methods.

Q: 2. Description at BH: Phenidone-Hydroquinone, but Phenidone-Isoascorbate at Foma CZ, is the US version different than EU versions?

Q: 3. Can anyone recommend an adapter to mount this on a regular light stand? We have a few of these and the only mount is tripod size screw hole on the bottom of the panel. Would something like this work? https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1428610-REG/rigwheels_sa01_2_light_stand_mount_for.html

A: We would suggest a product like the Vello mount below. It has a 1/4"-20 stud to attach to the light and a 1/4"-20 thread on the bottom of it which will allow you to connect it to a light stand with a 1/4"-20 stud. https://bhpho.to/2CUgMdL

Q: 9. Which exact gels should I buy to counteract the pinkish hue of this light's tungsten setting and the red-pinkish hue of the daylight setting?

A: The light has variable color control. So you need to play with the color control on the light to get it to match what you are shooting in. But that also means you need to set your camera to the correct white balance. You should not be shooting in auto white balance.

Q: 10. With the on-camera light, are you able to still use manual mode on your camera, or does it automatically force you to shoot in auto mode? I know with detached flashes you cant shoot in manual mode, thanks!

A: You can shoot in your camera's manual or automatic modes.
