Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Can this hold the ursa mini 4.6k?

A: I have my 4.6K in the Dr Bag3 with the Canon 24-70 and the big Anton Bauer Cine battery mounted. The Handle is on top of the camera. I have a Sound Devices MixPre6 strapped in. There's a shotgun mic laying in there on top a bag holding a usb power brick and my wireless transmitter and receiver. Iy all fits nicely. I also like the detachable cart for those times I have to go a long way. The way it opens give you a lot of room to work out of the bag quickly. It seems durable and very well made.

Q: 2. Besides the Sachtler trolley system attachment, does this have a pass-thru slot for a rolling bag handle? Thanks.

A: Unfortunately, the Sachtler Dr. Bags do not have a pass-through slot for a rolling bag handle.

Q: 3. Where can I find the serial number on the Sachtler Dr. Bag 1?

A: Sachtler bags do not have serial numbers. Just enter the bag model and your B&H order number when registering the bag with Sachtler.

Q: 4. Does this bag hold a c300 mark II with top handle attached?

A: No. I have a c300 mark II with the Zacuto kit and it doesn't close... it's a great bag but I had to constantly be taking the handle off which was kind of annoying. I think I'm gonna return the bag.

Q: 5. Anyone have this bag for an FX6 with a shoulder mount? Does it fit the height? I know the internal dims quoted are 20cm but this seems low seeing the external dims are 38.5mm.

A: While it will depend on both the size of your shoulder mount and how much room is left in the main compartment with everything else you have in it, as long as you remove (and put to the side of the camera) the top handle for the Sony FX6 Full-Frame Cinema Camera (Body Only) (B&H# SOFX6) you have a very good chance of not exceeding the internal height limit of the Sachtler Dr. Bag - 4 (B&H# SADRB4).

Q: 6. Will the Dr Bag 5 fit a folded Snaplock Trolley inside so I can check it as luggage?

A: Yes, the Sachtler Dr. Bag - 5 should be able to store the Sachtler Snaplock Trolley System inside, as the Sachtler Snaplock Trolley System is 8.7 x 7.5 x 0.2" when folded, and the Sachtler Dr. Bag - 5 has an interior space of 25.6 x 11.00 x 12.4".

Q: 7. How to open the handles when it close?

A: Hi Stephane, The handles are secured with a click-lock system when closed. One side of the handle fits into the other and locks them together. To open, you simply reverse the process by disengaging one handle from the other.

Q: 8. Where is it made?

A: The country of origin for this bag is China

Q: 9. Does this bag hold a canon c100 mark ii with the top handle attached?

A: Yes it does. It's a great bag but with a complete C100 Mk II it has limited room for items. I can get 2 additional lenses and a SmallHd 501comfortably.

Q: 10. The picture shows the shoulder strap attachments on one side. Are there attachments on the other side, so you can carry it level?

A: The best way I can answer is that the strap does form a bit of a cross cross but sits level on your shoulder. I bought this bag for airline travel to carry on. It's a great bag, but a bit too big for commuter flights. I was disappointed because it's a great bag otherwise.
