The Pelican 1550 Case with Foam (Yellow) is an unbreakable, watertight, airtight, chemical-resistant, corrosion, and dustproof hard case used to carry any kind of equipment that needs to be protected from the elements. It is made of Ultra-High Impact structural copolymer for strength and durability. It includes a 0.25" neoprene O-ring, easy-open double-throw latches that seal perfectly, and an automatic pressure equalization valve for quick equalization after changes in atmospheric pressure. The case has a comfortable rubber overmolded handle.

The 1550 case has the following certificates: IP67 (Ingress Protection) = 1-meter submersion for 30 minutes, MIL C-4150J (Military Standard), Defense Standard 81-41/STANAG4280 and ATA 300 specifications for transit cases.

A: It will be a little tight since the backpack is about 1.5 cm highers than the pelican but I think it's possible (I haven't tested though).

A: Not sure of the dimensions of your glidecam? I fit a sony pmw-ex3 camera with canon 20x ENG lens (huge) along with 7 LED external monitor, Belt pack for intercom, headset with mic, power supplies and a few batteries and I still have room for the sony stock lens that came with the camera. this case is big and roomy. I removed the upper-middle foam and removed the necessary foam in the lower section leaving the lid foam in place. This increased the capacity quite a lot. The case holds up great and keeps everything in place. I have an arsenal of 1650's and would not use any other case. hope that helps a littleJP

A: This case will work for the Ronin-M gimbal once taken apart.

A: Yes this case will fit your camera. Might be just a little snug. The Interior Dimensions of this model is 20.37 x 15.43 x 9.0 (WXDXH), and your camera is 10 x 18 x 9.1 . You should be fine. Plus the foam on the lid section will cushion and protect the camera

A: Sure, with the TrekPak foam the internal dimensions are 486mm x 360mm. Like others have said you loose roughly 45mm x 30mm x 15mm either side at the bottom due to the wheels

A: Sorry, this case exceeds the carry on dimensions of most airlines. Generally, they go by the total of all three measurements, height x width x depth equaling no more than 45 . This case is 50.3 .

A: It may fit the DJI Phantom 2. What you should know and I sent a letter to Pelican about the case, is in some of the smaller planes, the case will not fit in the over head on board luggage rack. You'll have to use VIP express check it at the gate.
