Archival Methods Onyx Portfolio Boxes are often the best choice where presentation is as important a factor as storage and protection. This is particularly applicable for photographs, prints and similar art work that are in what we might call live storage, regularly presented or viewed but safely housed in between.

Portfolio boxes have the appeal of being "lockers" that converts to a "stage." Ruggedly constructed and well sealed, Archival Methods portfolio boxes flip open to provide a handsome, complimentary background that enhances and frames the contained works.

  • Close-tolerance construction to keep out dust

Hinged design allows top to fold open and lie flat, providing easy and instant access; this design, moreover, facilitates transfer of stored items from one side to the other for smooth and professional presentation

An additional and important benefit is that photos, transparencies or documents are subject to less physical handling compared to storage in conventional boxes, further reducing any risk of damage

More specifically, works in portfolio boxes can be edge-handled with fingers never touching the surface of the work

Portfolio boxes are ideal for storing matted or un-matted prints

Strong hinge section withstands repeated opening and closing

Offered in standard 2" depth, with either white or black lining or in 1-3/8" depth with white lining only

All portfolios are hinged along the longest sides

Q: 3. Thinking of purchasing a wide angle lens for my t5i. Currently I just have the 18-55 mm that came with the camera. Would this be a better bargain? As in getting a wide angle and zoom lens all in one?

A: Monica, the 18-55 mm kit lens isn't as sharp as it might be. I looked at the 18-135 mm, also not as sharp as it might be. I've been using the Canon 15-85 mm lens for a couple years. it's really sharp. Gives some barrel distortion at 15 mm. 85 mm is long enough in most situations. You can compare lenses at sites like pixelpeeper. Download full-size photos, open in Photoshop and zoom in to where you can see pixels. That way you can get a good idea of the quality of many lenses.

Q: 5. Hi, Pls note that I hv canon Rebel T3i camera and would like to add canon 18-135mm IS STM lens. So I would like to know whether it will work with my T3i or I will face any problem. Also advise by using this lens in my T3i I will get AF for video or not. Pls help !!!

A: The Canon EF-S 18-135mm IS STM Lens will be compatible with the T3i. You will not get autofocus during video, however, as this is not a feature the T3i is capable of. If autofocus during video is a must for you, you might want to look at upgrading to the T5i or 70D. http://bhpho.to/1ldfezO
